Retreats

Several faith and other organisations have used the centre for retreats and similar events in the calm and attractive surroundings of the centre. For groups of 35 or more exclusive use of the centre can be arranged but we have catered for smaller groups on several occasions.

The centre has two main meeting rooms which can be configured in many different ways to suit your needs. The Peach Room can cater for up to 80 people and the Hibbert 40 people although they work well for smaller numbers too. In addition there are a number of possible "break-out" areas both inside and outside the centre.

The centre is situated in a very small quiet village set in the Derbyshire countryside with wide views from the centre across the surrounding fields. Our outdoor space is quite extensive and when the weather is nice the gardens offer welcomed opportunities for relaxation.

Good quality food is provided on a self-service basis in a newly extended dining area. Our kitchen staff are experienced in catering for a wide range of dietary requirements. Our rooms have been ungraded recently to provide a wide choice of configurations many with en-suite.
