The peaceful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere make the centre an ideal venue for meetings of voluntary groups (including charities) and meetings of faith groups.
The centre is actually managed by a faith group - the Unitarians - who have no set creed and who welcome to their own community people of all religious beliefs and those with none. As a consequence our centre has been used by a very wide variety of faith groups, some on a regular basis.
Most of our rooms can be configured in different ways to suit your individual purposes including for example conferences, worship or meditation. We will soon have at our disposal a (small) iron-age round house complementing the possibilities offered in the grounds surrounding the centre.
If you have children involved we are very used to catering for them (see under Schools) with a recently enhanced playground equipment outside, games pitch and options for indoor activity.
